I would like to guide you on a streetfishing trip to explore the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. I would show you all the hidden spots of Amsterdam. Spots that not even all the locals know..
Zander and perch
The predominant predator species in Amsterdam are zander and perch. A streetfishing trip in Amsterdam usually means we hunt for zander and perch. We are seeing more and more pike coming back into the city, so pike is not excluded. On request we could even actively fish them! A typical day of streetfishing in Amsterdam usually means fishing for zander and perch though.
A typical day
On the day of your guided fish trip we will typically meet up in the morning at one of our beautiful Amsterdam canals. I will introduce you to the gear we will be using and do a quick assessment of your experience level. Based on your skill level, the weather, preferences and means of transportation (bike or foot) I will take you on a 4 hour long journey though the hearth of Amsterdam. We will be fishing near, from and under our Amsterdam bridges, next to our iconic house boats. We will do a little open water fishing for those extra big zanders and on request we can hunt for the elusive Amsterdam pike. You will get to see Amsterdam from a new perspective. A perspective most locals don't even have.
Rates
For a guided fishing tour of 4 hours I charge 265 euro. This is for up to two people. It includes all the gear and licences you will need for a full day of streetfishing in Amsterdam.
